Form Description: Undershrub with slender spreading branches. Leaves alternate, usually linear, margins revolute.
Flowers: Petals pale lilac to deep pink, less than 5mm. The anther tube is the main feature distinguishing Tetratheca gunnii from other special of Tetratheca. The tube terminates at the widest point and is shorter than that of other species.
Fruit: Capsule – compressed with 2 or 3 sections and sparse cover of gland-tipped hairs.

Difficult to grow from seed. Seed released immediately on maturity. Collect capsule before maturing and allow to dry in warm place to open. Sieve to clean.
Seed Treatment Notes
