Form Description: Robust prostrate herb with stems up to 1m long and succulent, stalked leaves which are shaped like a broad arrowhead, 3-8cm long.

Flowers: Greenish-yellow, borne in the leaf axils.

Fruit: Indehiscent, dry horned fruits 5-12mm long with hard endocarp containing 2-4 seeds.
