Form Description: Prostrate annual or short-lived perennial herb, with green or purple-tinged stems, and alternate, deep green or purple-tinged hairy leaves.
Flowers: White, occasionally tinged with purple, and star-shaped. Flowers are borne in clusters of 2-4, each with an individual stalk.
Fruit: Berry – spherical and up to 1cm wide; mostly green when mature (rarely black).
