Form Description: Spreading perennial herb 20-30cm long annual stems, which scramble over rocks and plants. The leaves are lance-shaped and in opposite pairs, and the margins bend under.

Flowers: Male and female flowers occur on separate plants, on stalks in the upper leaf axils. Male flowers are white and female flowers have greenish-white sepals surrounding the clear petals.

Fruit: Capsule – almost spherical, about 2mm wide, and contains 6 pale, smooth, orange-brown seeds.

Habitat Notes

Known only from a dolomite ridge which runs north and north-east of Mount Anne, 750-1000m altitude.
