Form Description: Small herb with slender, sometimes thread-like branches, 2-20cm long. Leaves are distant, with flat leaf blades which are thin and flexible in lowland plants and somewhat fleshy in plants at high altitudes.

Flowers: On slender stalks, in small, leafy flower heads. Petals are white, pale pink or tinged with green.

Fruit: Capsule – about 2mm in diameter.
