Flowers: 10-20 moderately large flowers, widely spreading segments. A white labellum with crinkled margins, recurved abruptly against the base and a fleshy, greenish-yellow callus with a notched, white apex.

Found in a few alpine and sub-alpine areas in well-drained grassy Eucalyptus delegatensis forest in the north-east.

Orchid seeds are very minute yellow, brown or blackish dust-like particles. Orchid seeds are produced within a capsule that splits at maturity and releases thousands to millions of seeds. Dispersed by wind and water and only germinate following infection of the embryo by a suitable mycorrhizal fungus. Very few seeds become mature plants.
