Form Description: Herb with spreading stems and erect leaves with 2-5 teeth on the margins, arranged oppositely.
Flowers: Flowers are pink, and occur in pairs in the upper leaf axils.
Fruit: Capsule – seeds are pale-rimmed and unusual because they don’t have a plume of hairs, unlike most other Epilobium species. Epilobium species produces vast amounts of seed.
