Seed Collection

Plants difficult to find when not in flower. Propagation from seed or cuttings. Capsules turn tan-brown and brittle when mature. To extract seed, dry and crush pod. Sieve to clean.

Seed Treatment Notes

Nick thick seedcoat with razor blade to depth of 1mm as a pre-treatment to germination, or dry heat at 60-70°C for 30 minutes.
