Form Description: Erect, much-branched, heath-like shrub with long, narrow, alternate leaves 8-20cm long. Leaf margins rolled under, and lower surface covered with dense white woolly hairs.

Flowers: Small, golden and bell-shaped. Solitary, in the leaf axils or a few together on very short stalks.
Fruit: Capsule – dry, oval-shaped, and densely hairy, 6-8mm long, containing one smooth seed.

Habitat Notes
In the north and east, in the understorey of wet sclerophyll forest on river and stream banks. One near-coastal population is known from near Coles Bay, within low she oak forest or wind-pruned coastal heath/scrub.
